Appointments & Hours
We work by appointments to make sure your visit with us is as pleasant and convenient as possible.  Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.— 5 p.m.  If you have an urgent need please call our office for immediate care.   If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance.  By notifying us in advance we will be able to assist others who may need our services.

Payment & Billing
Our fees are based on the time and skills required for each procedure and are comparable to those charged by other quality physical therapists.  Payment is expected at the time of your visit.  If you have commercial health insurance, we will file your insurance claim and accept assignment of your insurance.  You pay only the deductible and co-payment required by your insurance plan at each visit.  We accept most major credit cards to aid in the payment process.  Financial matters should never be barriers to good medical care and we will work with you to resolve any problems which may arise.
